Challenge

Mia presented to our office congenitally missing her lateral incisors. After evaluating her with specialized 3D xrays it was evident that she did not have enough bone for implant placement.

Solution

Mia’s bone was rebuilt using a bone graft. Following healing of the graft, implants were placed into the positions of her missing teeth. The pink gum tissue was then sculpted using specialized provisionals (temporary teeth) to get the best esthetic results.

  
  
  


This patient presented to our office with a very large infection. This infection had destroyed most of the bone around her upper front tooth. The tooth was gently removed and bone rebuilt using a graft with a special protein that accelerates bone growth. After 6 months of healing the patient was ready for implant placement and then shortly after her brand new tooth!
